I have news for you...  I have been scammed six times since March.  Every site I plead for help on has scammers.  I had a person in June said they would help me catch up my bills.  They sent me a check for $2300.00 which was the amount of my past due rent and bills.  I called and the bank said the check was good.  I deposited it, it cleared and I thought that they were an angel that sent me money to help me.  So a couple weeks later another person sent me a check.  This time for $2290.00.  That one was returned as false, ficticious or altered.  Otherwise known as a "fake" check.  So I had again spent the money so I now owed my bank that money.  I made a payment arrangement with the bank to pay it back so much every other week.  Then another check came, the bank quickly put a hold on that one and sure enough, it was a fake.  That one cost me $34.00 returned check fee but I did not spend the money.  All was well when the check from June came back as a late return 6 weeks later.  BOOM!  That one that I thought was good was a fake check too.  So that is over $4600.00 that I owe the bank right now.  In the mean time, I have received three USPS money orderes for $950.00 each, all fake; three Moneygram money orders for $975.00 each, all fake.  A fake cashier's check and so on. 

 There is nothing but bottom feeding scum suckers out there busy scamming people like me that is ready to lose everything and I end up looking like a criminal.  I had to file a police report as a fraud victim so I didn't look like a criminal.  Can you believe it?  These people quote God and say they are helping people because God tells them too.   These people from Nigeria, UK and wherever better be very careful.  They represent satan not God.

Every site that I have went to, to plead for help is mostly a scam site except for Modest Needs, and you need a flat out miracle to get that help.  I played their game for 45 days and never got funded.  You can only have one request at a time so now I cannot reapply since I do not have a job lined up. 

At this point, I am pretty screwed.  More than likely going to get evicted, have both cars repo'd, utilities shut off and you name it.  I have been scammed to the point of ending up in the homeless shelter.

We are renting and I have not been able to locate any assistance.  According to the federal poverty levels, we do not qualify for assistance.  With what little we receive in umployment benefits, we sometimes go without something to pay for something else.  The cars are on the verge of repo, on the verge of eviction, you name it.  We have no relatives we can borrow from, in fact my sister lost her job three weeks ago.  So frustrating.  I don't know where it will all end.

There are no jobs in this area and we have no money to move somewhere else. 

 I will check your blog to see if there is any information I can use.  I tried Modest Needs and ran my plea for their tome frame and did not get funded.  Another frustrating deal.  You only have within the first 90 days to apply.  Now we are screwed.

I have been posting my plea for help with our rent since summer.  Both my husband and I lost our jobs in March of this year.  I was told that this place can be a source for help.  I have not received any help of any kind and to me it looks like a place to post thoughts. 

 Is there any place I can go to get help with my rent this month before I get evicted and have to live in the homeless shelter.......  I am pleading for help here.  I am not a scam but have been scammed five (5) time so far since May.

I am at the end of my rope here and looking for help.   Thank you all.  We are barely hanging on and everyone keeps telling us that it will be ok.  Well, it has been seven (7) months now and it is not ok.  Far from ok.  We have tried to remain positive but depression is beginning to set it.  This is real.  No where else to turn.  Our unemployment benefits are "too much" to get public assistance.  Imagine that.  The benefits are half of what we used to make. 

 Please help.

Is there anywhere out there that an unemployed couple can borrow money from a legitimate lender without scamming us out of what pennies we have?  I have tried site after site and there is nothing but bottom feeding scammers thrying to steal what identify we have left.  We need to borrow $2000.00 to stay in our house or we will be evicted.  I have tried everywhere, our local county, state, federal and according to their income guidelines, we make "too much" money on unemployment compensation which is half of what we used to make from our jobs plus we have no health insurance.  Is there any angels out there that can help us out?  We have sold what we can to survive and have nothing of value left but our wedding rings.  We have been married for 20 years.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you and God Bless.

Both my husband and I lost our jobs 3 months ago and we are in financial trouble.  We are asking for help in paying our rent.  We are receiving unemployment benefits but are falling way short of what our job incomes used to be.  We are so far behind that even a month of rent would help us catch up which is $800.00.  If anyone can offer any assistance to us it would be greatly appreciated.  We are hard working middle aged people and have never asked for help before this.  Now we are begging for assistance.  Any help would be appreciated. 

This is a real plea for help.  I can provide my landlords name and address if you prefer to send to him.  I can provide my name, address, phone and email address for proof this is a real plea for help.  We can't afford to move and physically cannot move.  My paypal account is mvbrothers2@att.net
